from April 1997 to August 2014.

Repaired and maintained the following: Electrical systems, pipe systems and plumbing, carpentry,
painting, sheet rock installation and spackling, light HVAC, locks, roof repairs, carpeting, building
signage and overall building interior and exterior maintenance of bank facilities. Experienced in
insulating, mechanical repairs and installation. Installed parts and equipment. Used hand tools,
power tools, precision measuring instruments, electrical and electronic testing devices, hoists and
lifts and pullers. Performed preventive maintenance. Recorded all work activities and costs.
Performed lawn and grounds maintenance. Basic computer use.
My accomplishments included: 18 Years of daily servicing, of 52+ corporate bank branches over
multiple counties, efficiently and effectively, keeping them safe from hazards and failures via a wo rk
order system. Recognition for outstanding customer service and timely resolve of matters via
providing accurate monthly assessment surveys initiated by a proactive approach to assessing
each branch that I was assigned.
