Duties &Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities,
Develop procedures and practices for the preservation and maintenance of all materials in
the warehouse. Ensure materials requiring special handling are dealt with in accordance
with these procedures.
Maintain close control over the warehouse data systems covering materials, equipment
and spare parts transactions with internal client user departments, ensuring that all items
entering and leaving stores are correctly labelled with identifying information and that
accurate records are kept relating to materials movement.
Develop, recommend and implement a unified system for the recording, warehousing and
issuing of materials and supplies in order to achieve cost-effective inventory levels,
