Accomplishments: Secured a waterfront hotel/casino site in Trinidad with the backing of the

government.

SORA / March ’10 – Aug ‘13

Provide project management and place debt and equity financing for University based mixed-use projects.

Accomplishments: Project managed a $300 million mixed-use redevelopment of Rowan

Boulevard in Glassboro, NJ which included 350+ student housing units for Rowan University. Upon

stabilization bonded them out with Piper Jaffrey.

Secured a site in Jersey City, NJ with Saint Peters University for a mixed use $245 million
