"1200 condominium units" includes 120,000 m2 in Pardise, Tehran, Iran.

Duties:

. Inspected project site and evaluated contractor work to detect

malfunctions and ensure conformance to design specifications and

applicable codes.

. Prepared reports and documented project activities and data.

. Calculated the quantity and quality of materials needed, labor costs

and project completion dates.

. Examined functions of the building contractors.

. Maintained strict quality control procedures, this necessitates

regular testing of materials, and frequent tours of the site
