life-cycle project manager and project team leader tasked with increasing efficiency and reducing cost throughout key areas within
the Texas school system. Undergraduate Instructor for “Layout and Ergonomics”, class and lab, which focused on teaching students
how to design, select, and layout buildings, equipment, and the interaction of human -machine systems through the application of
ergonomics, utilizing FactoryCAD, Jack, Microsoft project.
ACHIEVEMENTS-
● Proved that Genetic Algorithms (GA) can be programmed to find the optimal allocation of security devices, which
resulted in a direct cost reduction while maximizing security and minimizing threat at all foreign and domestic
airports.
● Directed the fair division of 100+ million in funds for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), by
programming a user friendly algorithm with the objective of minimizing envy and maximizing funded projects.
