Provide "over-the-counter" liaison service between civilian employees,timekeepers, supervisors and

the Consolidated Civilian Payroll Office.

Serve as a central point of contact to receive documents that affect payroll accounts and to distribute

various reports.

Maintain Defense Civilian Pay System [DCPS] files and tables, performs local record keeping,

and provides customer service to civilian employees.

Point of contact for time and attendance input for automated systems.

Provide employees with an understanding of pay issues such as resignation, deaths, special rates and
