Responsibilities Analyzing and Fixing SARs on Accounts Payable, Address Book and Accounts

Receivable modules in all Releases (XE, 8.12, 9.0, 9.1).

Active participation in weekly Triage meetings with onsite (Denver) Product

Strategy team, Global Support Centre team and Development counterparts.

Has worked in various types SARs such as Memory, BPF, Escalated etc.

Validate functionality of bugs reported by customer.

Identify the SARs (Bugs) and enter in to defect tracking tool called SAR

workbench/BugDB and track them throughout the SAR/Bug DB life cycle.

Raised EM-Central tickets to report issues and Service requests on all

EnterpriseOne releases.

Worked on implementation of the new features One View Reporting for 9.0

and 9.1 release

Done UAT for new TR 9.1.4.x

Verification and validation of vertex 5.0 integration with JDE E1 across different

platform and database.

Vertex STQ 5.0 and Vertex PTQ 4.0 Co-existence testing across different

platform.

Did Project on encryption and decryption of user id and password for vertex in

JDE E1 for STAGING (Future release)

Did T5018 enhancement for FY 2014 for 9.1, 9.0 and 8.12

Currently working on 1099 enhancement for 9.1, 9.0, 8.12, 8.0 and Xe.

Oracle JDEdwards EnterpriseOne is the largest ERP vendor in the small and mid market ERP world, and formerly

known as Peoplesoft EnterpriseOne. This product primarily involves development of the JDEdwards

EnterpriseOne Product spanning areas like CRM, SRM, FMS, OFP, MFG and HCM. Oracle JD Edwards

EnterpriseOne FMS is a part of the JD Edwards ERP package, fully integrated with most of the functional

modules. In the FMS there are set of modules named as AMPM (Asset Management and Project Management).

The AMPM module caters to the varied and discrete industry requirements by integrating the various sub -

modules (system codes) such as Job Costing, Contract Billing, Service Billing and Fixed Asset,etc., I am currently

working as Developer in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne AMPM team and have extensively worked on the following
