documentation for safety compliance including Dow’s LPP Gap Analysis and Dead-headed pump
analysis of the design. I assisted in completing the environmental permitting application for
Saudi regulations resulting in the Company receiving permit for construction in 2 months
instead of average of 8 months.
ExxonMobil Iraq Limited
W est Qurna 1 Development, Near Basra, Iraq, (9/2013 – 1/2014)
Fluor conducted concept selection screening studies for a crude processing facility to be
constructed in the West Qurna field. I performed the HSE Discipline audit for the project.
Reliance Industries
India, (4/2013 – 1/2014)
Fluor designed a Heat Recovery Unit and a Co-Shift Unit for the Coal Gasification Unit. The
Co-Shift Unit is designed to convert the carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide. The Heat Recovery
Unit is to reduce cost by cooling the product and recovering the heat in the raw mat erials. I
facilitated a HAZOP for the facility design and reviewed Process design and documents for HSE
concerns.

Gasification Complex, Jamnagar, Gujarat, India, (3/2013 - 4/2013)
Fluor provided engineering and procurement services for the petcoke gasification complex that
uses CB&I's E-Gas technology. I reviewed the engineering documentation and produced the HSE
Safety Design Philosophy Document . I also participated in P&ID review studies.

Refining and Petrochemical Complex, Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE, (3/2013 - 4/2013)
The project was a basic engineering project for a 300,000 BPSD grassroots refinery complex
producing Aromatics. I reviewed proposal documents for HSE concerns.

Propane Dehydrogenation Facility, (1/2012 - 1/2013)
Fluor completed Basic Engineering and FEED and perform ed EPC for a new propane
dehydrogenation facility. I developed CEI and FEI reports and diagrams and conducted HSE
Discipline Audits.

Sturgeon County, Alberta, Canada, (10/2011 - 02/2012)
Fluor completed preparation of the Engineering Design Specification for a 50,000 barrels per day
Integrated Hydrocracker Hydrotreater. I participated in HAZOP and Plot Plan Reviews. I followed
up with engineers for completion of HAZOP action items . I assisted with the development of
HSE documents including Safety Design Philosophy.
