I am writing to express my interest in the position of Guest House

Assistant in your esteemed organization. I am a foreign trained

Physiotherapist working as a PTA for the last 7 years. I have experience

working in private outpatient clinics, Long term care facilities and

Retirement residences over these years. I have worked as a Team Leader and

PTA trainer for Active Health Management(now Centric Health) for 2 years

that involved training and orientation of the new PTA staff on the Policies

and Procedures as well as the exercise programs and individual treatments

to the residents.

In addition, I have been working as a PTA myself in LTC and RH since 2009

until September 2013.

I have vast experience in Geriatrics but not limited to it. I have also

worked with MVA and WSIB clients of all ages, Pediatrics, Children with

special needs, hospitals and ICU in my career.

I believe that my experience, education credentials and skills will be an

asset to your company. Being a foreign trained PT myself, I am well versed

in the use of Electrical modalities and exercise equipments. I am also well

aware of the boundaries and responsibilities of the PTA working under the

supervision of a Registered Physiotherapist.
