EXPERIENCE shop forman

At M&M I started out as a welder fabricator and worked my way up to shop forman .

At that time I was over 14 men building all types of things from stairs,machine

parts,done repairs at hospitals and restaurants and also parts for ambulances

Here I was responsible for getting up my work orders and travel throughout N.C. to

install and make sure that it would pass that counties inspection

I am experienced in mig,tig and arc welding as well as brazing and soldering .I also

have the ability to layout and build steps (straight and spiral) tapers ( to reduce pipe or

duct size from one pipe to another) and I also have experience in operating

brakes,shears,plasma cutters and torches also for the last 5 years I operated and

setup a CNC plasma table and I wouldn't say that I am a machinest but I do know the

basics and can run a laythe and milling machine
