. As a member of the Global HR Senior Executive Team, created a Shared
Service HR function improving employee and management communication

. Planning and administer $30MM annual headcount budget, compensation and
bonus plans, including executive deferred compensation and bonus program.

a complete overhaul of policies and procedures. This resulted in
reducing dependence on outside counsel saving 75% in legal expense.
Worker's Compensation claims reduced by a staggering 85% and other
"disabilities" became nearly obsolete.
. Partnered with I.T. team to design and launch innovative proprietary HR
systems (Time & Labor, and Employee Contract) offering services not yet
available in even the most expensive vendor HR systems available at the
time.
. Improved Employee Relations reducing legal expense by 75%, and
disabilities by 85%.
