daily plant walk thru-s, and monthly SDS verification
• Oversaw 20,000ft cross-dock operation located in Indiana with 99.9% on time delivery
• Performed reviews, discipline, including termination for the facility
• Set up and maintained 5-S/ 6-S program
• Fostered day to day relationships with on hand Verizon Inventory specialists, all market
engineers, and site/area managers
Syncreon automotive/ MRO (DETROIT, MICHIGAN)
NPM Supervisor / Nov. 2008 - 2012
• Was responsible for all non-production material(4,000 NPM’S; parts) at Chrysler-Jefferson
North Assembly (Jeep/Durango)
• Supervised day to day operations of Chrysler Tool Stores crib for three shifts
• Maintained accurate receiving, warehousing, and inventory cycles. Decreased inventory from
3.5 million to 1.7 million
• First person approval on all non – production material for purchasing
• Liaisoned with suppliers to meet all JIT material requests
• Created, ran, and formatted reporting criteria which reduced inventory
• Supported and performed new WCM objectives set forth by Fiat/Chrysler
• Established and maintained 5-S resulting in a 10% productivity increase

• Oversaw approximately 66,000 SF facility with 35 employees on 3 shifts
• Designed facility layout including all signage and initial warehouse launch
• Received, warehoused, and delivered non production material to 16 Chrysler facilities
• Maintained 24 hour support for 23 Chrysler facilities with a 100% on time delivery
• Maintained budgets and expenses for the facility including all maintenance

• CKD (Complete Knock Down), which consisted of receiving, packaging/custom crating, and delivering unassembled
Chrysler vehicles overseas for assembly to 5 countries
• Chrysler Engine Program, warehousing and delivering engines on a just in time basis to several local
Chrysler facilities.
• Chrysler Cross Dock Program, which optimized container cubic utilization to 15 customers,
local and overseas.
TOTAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS (RIVERVIEW, MICHIGAN)
PRODUCTION / OPERATIONS MANAGER / April 1990 - 2002
• Oversaw approximately 230,000 SF facility with 85 employees which provided service to four Ford
programs:
• Aftermarket parts servicing to 85 countries with a thru put of 200,000 cubic per month
• CKD (Complete Knock Down), which consisted of receiving, packaging/custom crating, and delivering
u nassembled Ford vehicles overseas for assembly to China
• Just in Time (JIT) program that utilized a 20 commodity operation to numerous Ford assembly plants
through the United States. Established a ABC FIFO warehouse management process that increased
picking/staging by 20%
• Sub Assembly Program comprised of 15 commodities to Ford facilities in the United States and
overseas
• Designed original facility layout
• Established and confirmed production schedules
• Maintained inventory control
• Controlled and distributed facility maintenance
• Accountable for lean implementation and improvement, resulting in a 15% production increase
