I am responsible for all paper work functions such as mailing, faxing, copying, logging in

tests to a login book, getting results for patients in a timely matter, making sure the

Nurse or Doctor gets results, pulling all charts for twelve people in the office within a

reasonable time at any time during the day, filing all charts back in order, making sure

charts are pulled for the next day in order, making sure all messages by everyone in

office gets to the right person, with the right chart asap. I also occasionally clean the

Drʼs rooms (3 rooms) when necessary.

During my employment, I made appointments for women on the computer and took

insurance information for each person accordingly. I prepared charts for the next day,

and did a lot of clerical work.

While employed at Bayside Labs i served as a receptionist at the front wiindow. I

welcomed patients to the lab, took specimens and put them in the lab, kept records fo

all patients names and demographics in a record book. I did all the billing, on the

telephone and sent the bills to insurance companies from the computer. Although i did

not do any testing, I observed and watched and learned. The lab was consequently

sold to another employer and I moved on.
