PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Account Executive, Sun Coast Media Group, Post Charlotte, FL, Responsible for: advertising sales and design for
the Charlotte Sun, Punta Gorda Herald and Charlotte Herald and related weekly and specialty products. I also
received extensive training in SEO and SEM and various digital advertising and social media products through
Growthweaver of Denver Colorado for "Sun Digital", a subsidiary of Sun Coast Media. 2013–2014 I am currently
retired and "snow birding" between Wisconsin and Florida.
Publisher/Editor, The Labor Paper, Kenosha, WI. (Union Cooperative Publishing) Responsible for: management of
outside sales and service, revenue tracking, goal projections, generation of sales reports, strategic planning and
market analysis, budgeting, sales training and supervision of sales, business, circulation and art department staff for
the last weekly Labor publication in the State of Wisconsin (one of four weekly Labor publications nationally). In
addition, during my tenure with The Labor Paper, retail advertising revenues in the past had grown by 118%,
circulation has grown from 4,300 copies per week to 8,400 and they published Labor Paper EXTRA!, a general
interest monthly bulk-drop shopper with a circulation of 10,000 in addition to their weekly publication. I also
directed the merger of The Labor Paper with the Racine Labor in 2000 and The Rockford Labor News in 2012.
