Peoplesoft 7.6 to Peoplesoft 9.2 and Peoplesoft Global Payroll

. Redeveloped Customized Total Reward Module in v9.2, this involved

studying the existing Total Reward Module in v7.6 and redeveloping it

in v9.2. This was challenging since v7.6 does not include GP, however

total rewards in v9.2 should include all the data from Element

assignment by payee, Positive input pages.

. Resolving Sick Entitlement configuration issues.

. Changing the calculation rule of existing elements using array,

soon.

I am the only person who is handling both the countries' Payroll for

Credit Suisse Investment Banking with the user size of 6 people. This

includes Regular Payroll, Adhoc Payroll, and Bonus Payroll. Offcycle

Payroll issues and solving other technical bugs related to the daily and

monthly uploads, data issues, bugs in the report such PayHistory, PRR,

PVR, PSR reports and Bank File, Pay slip.

Description: This is the implementation project that went live in November

2006 for the total population of about 600 employees and 2 existing

entities. The third entity is about to come. I am a technical consultant in

the team working on different interfaces, reports. The project involved the

configuration of about 110 pay elements for Hong Kong. I configured some

based on the specifications given by functional Payroll consultants.

I was also involved in the design and development of daily and monthly

uploads for example; Daily-Job, Employment, personal etc; Monthly-PE upload

given by Credit Suisse HR Hub, Shift and transport allowance file etc.

I was also involved in the creation of different Payroll

Reports like Payment Register Report, Pay History, PSR, GL, Bank File and

other monthly reports like Orso Variance.
