1. I am responsible for adult, pediatric and neonatal perfusion.

2. Till date I have already conducted perfusion for more than 400 open heart

procedures including:

• Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting(CABG), Ross procedure

• Various valve surgeries

• Bentall procedure, RA/LA myxomas excision

• Aortic aneurysm and Aortic dissection cases

• Atrial Septal Defect(ASD), Ventricular Septal Defect(VSD)

• B D Glenn, Fontan procedure.

• Tetralogy of Fallot(TOF)

• Sennig’s procedure, Arterial switch operation(ASO)

• Truncus arteriosus repair, Rastelli procedure

• ALCAPA Repair, Ebsteins anomaly, etc...

ECMO support)

Arrest(TCA), Retrograde Cerebral Perfusion(RCP), Antegrade cerebral perfusion,

Pre, Conventional and Modified ultra filtration, Different techniques for

myocardial protection, various gas management stratergies like pH stat and Alpha

stat.
