Manage a team of 10 mechanical engineers to increase efficiency

through new changes implemented and operational process savings.

Support/coordinate the implementation following NPI projects 2013:

As NPI member, led transition of Mex mechanical factory plant

(80+ FTE) to Florence SC in less than 3 months implement 50%

of processes during time frame and budget consider.

Implement new product G2S R1/R2 during timeline and with

cost saving projection of 33% at factory base on last cost model

comparing with G2L. (1 contract reduce price from $47k to

$33k) G2S 2012 EAU- 150 contracts – x $14k estimated saving

= $2.1M

Implement 3 projects on 2009 by re-design elevator concept

o

getting cost benefit of $10MM. Project requirements on sheet

metal, cut, bend, clinch, weld and paint process.

My team is directly responsible to capture cardholder

information from application requests for different worldwide

stores such as: WalMart, JCP, Lowes, Gap Inc, Chevron just to

mention a few. Part of the service is 24 hrs response time

delivering with 99.75% quality level in data entry. In addition,

we provide 10% of previous year revenue in productivity

projects

Actively promoted and applied Lean methodology in the process,

o

mentoring teams to produce bottom line impact. On 2007 we

deliver $525K productivity on different projects worked jointly

with GE.

Implement OCR technology for data entry. Tool recognizes 70%

o

of characters. Project provides annual cost savings of $225K to

GE.

Increase 200%productivity for Keying POR/Application forms

o

using IT technology of packets between GE/Genpact platform.

124-rate/hour increases to 800. Project provides annual cost

savings of $173K to GE/Genpact

Processes ends with 38.2% in margin thanks to the cost

reduction and process control implemented by the team across

the service-process to different customers.

Works with Finance team to assign costs for new process

introduced and opportunities identified by GE.

Customer evaluation is done through the voice of the customer

survey every 6 months and we consistently been up to 90% of

acceptance about our performance for past 3 year.

Black Belt Role-Completed requirements for BB certification;

Projects delivered visible and tangible results for Genpact and

facilitated customer price reduction. Cost reduction project focus

to reduce idle time (Result: $228K annual cost reduction)

Productivity gains helped the business accommodate resources

o

to new incoming projects with out impacting existing

performance and with no new hiring- 12 FTE reassigned and 2

Supervisors.

Supported difficult transitions applying Six Sigma rigor to control

o

variation. Visit customer sites to map/document and develop

FMEA for businesses like NISSAN, NBC, GE CEF, eBay in

conjunction with members of GENPACT Americas & India .
