-High school (Scientfic stream) – AlRamtha secondary school – Jordan – Ramtha - 1995

-Diploma in chemical Engineering –(petrochemical industries) from Al-Balqa; Applied university – Al-Husun College / Irbid – Jordan (1998-2000)

• Basic operation in develop training Center with Refinery Of Jordan for 30 days, including operating instructions, defined all equipments such as compressor's, pumps, charge heater….etc.

• A course in English.

• A course in computer skills.

• Fire treaning course .

• UOP course for hydrocracker Unit.

• I have three Appreciation lietter for critical job .

• I take HSE man lietter .

• I give proposal then I take lietter from RASCC :recogniton and award screening committee chairman.

Experiences:-

• Total 12 years in refinery hydrocracker unit .

• Seven years from 25/8/2001 up to date with Jordan petroleum Refinery Sr.field operator.

Then 4/2009 till now Sr.field operator in ADNOC group takreer refinery. working as supervisor assistance taking orders from the head then perform them with workers in work field. I achieve the required work in the unit under approved declarations, then prepare it in a full way regardless of the type of the work (preservation works, electricity works, electronic machines ….etc) in HD/HC UNIBON unit which is a high pressure and high temperature Hydro cracking and Desulphurization unit with treatment amine section.

• UNIBON revamping project(Bease oil system).

• Turnaround hydrocracker unit.

Job profile & main Duties :

• including Start up / shut down of the unit activities for different equipments .

• performing switch pumps which consists of :

small pumps .

main pumps such as: reactor charge pump,circulation amine pump.

• performing switch compressor which consists of:

recycle gas compressor.

make up compressor (elct,steam)motors.

• operating heaters which consists of :

reactor charge heater.

reboiling heaters (debutanizer ).

fractionators heater.

• Follows Refinery policies and procedures in line with Company’s objectives and interests.

• isolating manual equipments doing maintenance applying procedures of safety (drained & depressurized… etc).

• Monitoring and checking the operational variables for processors and equipments such as leak, vibration, up-normal voice and report notes to the supervisor.

• Daily writting HSE concern reporting form.

• Ensures all site personnel are wearing correct PPE and following HSE procedures

• Daily review trip sitting all equipments .

• Observing all variable processes for equipments such as (burners of heater, compressor, pumps, heat exchangers, fans, Cooler, turbines) with taking log reading during .Has working understanding of safety systems normal and trouble conditions.

• Responsible for own safety and the safety of his work associates in understanding and acting in accordance with safety.

• Daily check list signature.

• Daily activity job writing in the Log book and signature.

• Routine weekly, monthly job Follow.

• Emergency simulation with operator.

• Taking corrective action in emergency according to procedures recommended which consists of :-

Recycle gas compressor failure ( C2 ).

Charge pump failure ( P2 ).

Loss of makeup compressor Hydrogen (Total and partial).

Temperature run a way.

Tube rupture.

External fire.

Depressurizing low rate and high rate system …etc

Amine pump failure.

Feed unit failure.

• I am nominated to train in the unit of Unibon board- two hours daily.

• DCS training daily two hrs.

• Acts as a Panel Operator if required..

• Team leadership skills Follow all operator outside.

• Applied safety regulation before starting work permit

• Solid knowledge of Operations job.

• High level of concentration, anticipation, analysis skills.

• Fire drill in the night shift .

• Tests emergency fire equipment as per schedule

• Attends daily safety tool box talks and monthly safety meetings

• Carries out daily plant safety equipment checks (eye baths, safety showers, fire equipment etc.) and reports defects.

• Adding chemical materials in unit such as : DEA, Analco and mirox and antioxidant for light kerosene and heavy kerosene .
