. Detail design of high purity EO producing project. Duties: Supervised and
completed engineering docs such as safeguarding memorandum, C&E, PSV
sizing, hydraulic calculations, IPF and Process Control Narrative;
Reviewed vendor docs for equipment and instrumentation.
. FEED phase of petroleum oil additives producing project. Duties: Eq.

. Performed EPC of gas gathering & NGL recovery project ($2 billion) with
600 MMSCFD feed gas including pipelines, compressor stations, sour gas
sweetening, dehydration, NGL recovery/fractionation, C3 refrigeration,
condensate stabilization, LPG cryogenic & C5 / condensate tanks, steam
generation, water treatment, air/N2 and flare units.
Performed hydraulic calculations such as flare and sea water networks as
well as process & utilities services; Eq. sizing; C&E; PFD & P&ID
development; process Control narrative, Utility summary; HAZOP,
Consequence modeling, QRA and RAM studies.
. Involved in detail design of crude oil desalting unit & auxiliary systems

P&ID, vendor evaluation, leak test drawings preparation.
. Accomplished rehabilitation of a gas treating plant (KPC) including gas
sweetening, dehydration and fractionation units. Studied changing trays
of De-C3 and De-C4 columns; flare network; simulation of C3 refrigeration
unit by PRO/II, d/s of compressor and air cooler.
. Performed basic design of TEG gas dehydration skid mounted packages
including process simulation by Hysys, equipment sizing, equipment layout
and utility summary.
. Completed conceptual design of an olefin plant and a GTL plant. Duties:
simulation of process units, screening process scheme, material balance,
Eq. sizing, utility summary.
. Accomplished detail design of Engineering Polymers and PET projects.

operating manuals.
