State of Florida.

. Responsibilities include New Development and Site Selection.

Negotiating all New and existing leases. Negotiating Vendors to work

the properties. Project Management in remodeling different center as

needed.

. Supervising Accounts Payable and Receivable. Sending out notices of

non payment of rent. Supervising all Evictions in all States.

. Paying of all Invoices for 7 properties in 6 States and the apartments

in Florida.

. Traveling to all properties to ensure properties are kept up to date
