Bharti (Airtel) Ltd. through its GNOC.
. Profile:
- Operation and Trouble-shooting of RBS, BSC and its concerned auxiliary
units Hardware and software maintenance BSS elements.
- Recommend timely actions & solutions of nodes as part of Surveillance
Team, and revert with suitable solutions to technical support team, as
per Service Level Agreements.
- Monitoring & Escalating the Alarms to second levels & field support.
- Modification & maintenance of Network Elements & BTS cell parameters.
- Generating morning SMS for different circles of Airtel which includes
