Round House Racing ran over 40 different obstacle races per year including the 5k Foam Fest, Dirty Dash, and several other
types of races. Participants range from 1,000-9,000 per event plus spectators.
Race Director and Event Manager:

o Secured permits for each race from the state, town, and alcohol board
o Contract and price negotiation for venues, host hotels, and equipment
o Oversaw national accounts: vendors, temp labor staffing, and sponsorship
o Oversaw tactical event operations as Race Directors and all aspects of each race including set up on site and
take down
o Created the Emergency Action Plan for each race around the country
o Created and implemented a non-profit informational booth at each race for A Child’s Hope Foundation
A Child's Hope Foundation is bridging this gap by creating adoption orphanages and providing a
healthy environment for infants and young children, awakening their spirits while seeking a loving
family for them.

MIT RECREATIONAL SPORTS, Cambridge, MA August 2007 – December 2013
MIT Recreational Sports offers two recreational sports facilities; the Zesiger Sports Complex which houses an Olympic size
pool with a movable bulkhead and a 25 yard six lane teaching pool. In addition the Alumni Wang facility houses a 25
yard pool as well as a 15 yard teaching pool. MIT Rec Sports hosts 30 meets per year and have over 14,000 members.

The Dedham Health and Athletic Complex is a private sports complex that houses 25,000 square foot fitness center, six tennis
courts, two 25 yard pools, and an outside water park.
Aquatics Director:
Staffing: Oversaw 54 lifeguards, 8 swim instructors, and an assistant aquatics director
Program management: oversaw 525 students in the Learn to Swim Program
Software Usage: Bookings Plus and Microsoft Office
Administration: Handled all scheduling, marketing, budgets for the Learn to Swim Program
Results: Increased revenue by 25% for the Learn to Swim program in 1.5 years through research and marketing.
