analyzing results and writing reports with actionable recommendations on achieving business objectives.
Responsible for launching a new business unit, Customer Experience. Successfully developed and executed all
deliverables and milestones for the Voice of the Customer market research study conducted for BGE’s Vision 2020
Customer Experience Project Initiative Team; addressing recommendations to senior management led to the creation of
