Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Medical staff on patient care issues. Ensure the effective and efficient operations

of the clinic, which includes adequate staffing, ordering and managing supply inventory and dealing

with the day to day issues that arise. Ensure that the rules of the clinics are followed by every

employee and that they are up to date with their compliance training. Ensure that the clinics comply

with all medical guidelines, ethics and laws. Assist in the development, management and application

of the clinic budgets. Oversee the accounting for the practices, in conjunction with the finance

manager. Assist in the development of a marketing strategy and plan. Responsible for the hiring and

training of all administrative and support staff. Oversee patient satisfaction, and communicating with

the patients in case of complaints. Ensure that all records of the facility are maintained properly and

are up to date. Keep all credentials and licenses current and up to date. Make sure the medical

facility meet all Medicare guidelines and HIPAA compliance. Submit all Meaningful Use data to

Medicare. Responsible for the collection and submission of all HMO encounter data.
