Graduate Research Assistant, January 2013 – August 2014

• Determined the viability and the profitability of the production of oil and gas in the Eagle Ford play based

on historical production forecast.

• Conducted a comparative studies to ascertain the best production decline curve analysis for shale oil wells

• Made Economic Analysis to estimate the Rate of Return on Investment (ROR), Discounted Cash Flow

(DCF), Net Present Value (NPV) and other economic indicators. And also estimated and rank producing

leases in Eagle Ford Shale of Zavala County base on the Expected Net Present Value (ENPV) of the future

productions in the region.

• Participated in research presentation conferences and public enlightenment campaign to sensitize the public on the

development and challenges of the exploration of oil and gas in the Eagle Ford counties of Texas.

Kaduna Refinery and Petrochemicals Company Kaduna, Nigeria

Process Engineer - Intern (Process Engineering Lubes Section) 2005-2006

• Undertook process design work of units as required and supervise work of assigned engineers on the project as

appropriate.

• Monitored plant performance and trouble shooting, ensured that products met specifications, and that the process

works at the optimum level based on the plant design.

• Prepared Process Flow Diagrams, Equipment specifications, Process Descriptions and P&IDs for review and

approval. And also performed safety related calculations for HAZOPs and other safety reviews as directed
