Currently serving in the role of Sr. MEP Manager/Superintendent for

projects throughout theU.S.

Responsible to provide MEP leadership on projects assigned throughout the

U.S. as follows:

Turner Construction - Pharmaceutical Division (June 2001 to February 2008)

June 2001 to February 2007 Served as MEP Project Manager on a 100 Million

Brownfield Biotech Campus for the Central Energy Plant in Kannapolis North

Carolina.

Responsible for project budget and schedule for the Central Energy Plant,

and entire MEP process for the Central Energy Plant and Core Lab building

from Pre-Construction through Commissioning. Responsibilities include

managing construction project engineering staff, roles and responsibilities

for project staff, development of project progress monitoring tools,

implementation of QA/QC program, setup and update of the project schedules

(P3) from pre-construction through commissioning, contract management and

change management.

August 2005 to June 2006 Served as Commissioning Manager on a 30 Million

Greenfield facility for Merck Pharmaceuticals. Project consisted of a

Central Utility Plant, Warehouse/Staging with cGMP Freezers, and Clean

Rooms. Responsible for project start up, commissioning and close out

schedule (Primavera P3), hiring and management of project staff, management

and oversight of protocol development/execution, setup and control of

project commissioning budget.

August 2002 to July 2005 Completed assignment in Europe as Construction MEP

Manager on a $125 Million Biopharmaceutical project in Leiden Holland, The

Netherlands for Centocor/Johnson & Johnson. My roles and responsibilities

included the development and implementation of:

200+ million Greenfield Pharmaceutical facility in West Greenwich Rhode

Island. Working under the direction of the Process/MEP Manager my roles and

responsibilities included assisting in development of the project baseline

schedule, writing scope of work for

Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Automation subcontractors,

procurement support - development of procurement status tracking database,

and equipment expediting.

November 2000 to June 2001 Sordoni/Skanska Construction - Groton, Pfizer

Pharmaceuticals

Served as Senior Project Engineer providing contract negotiations, MEP

subcontractor coordination and supervision, equipment procurement, design

management, change management and technical expertise for a $15,000,000 new

construction pilot plant in Groton, CT for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

February 1998 to November 2000 Fluor Daniel Corporation (ADP Marshall) -

Essex Junction, Vermont

Served as Mechanical Department Manager and Lead Project Engineer on

projects for IBM. Responsibilities included development of project staffing

plan, department guidelines and protocols, and development of project

specific design and construction strategies.

Projects included central utility modifications and upgrades (Chiller

replacement, Steam Boiler replacement, Heat Exchanger Skid replacement and

Scrubber replacements). Additional projects include classified clean rooms

(Class 100 and 1000) including a 10,000 square foot class 1000 clean room.

April 1996 to January 1998 Hart Companies - Smithfield, RI

Served as Lead Sr. Mechanical engineer and MIS director for a design/build

general contractor.

Responsibilities included department management, mechanical and process

system design, process utility and building automation system design,

equipment procurement, construction coordination and support, scheduling

and estimating for mechanical, process utility, BAS and PAS control

systems. MIS responsibilities included, yearly budgeting for company

network support systems, software procurement and implementation, computer

support and training.

Developed Commissioning and Validation Master plans for HVAC, BAS and PAS

Control systems, writing and execution of commissioning protocols, writing

and execution of validation protocols for HVAC and Building Automation

Systems and Process Automation Systems systems for cGMP facilities

throughout the Northeast U.S..

Additional Significant Project Experience

Pfizer Pharmaceuticals - Groton, CT 15 Million Managed

design/construction pilot plant project. Project included process chillers,

low endotoxin validated purified water system, chilled and hot glycol

systems, process control and building automation systems, penthouse air

handling units and exhaust fans, fire protection systems, a cold room, a

containment area with down flow containment booth and fume hood, special

waste containment systems, breathing air and N2 systems, high voltage

incoming service with a new 2000 kva substation, incoming fiber optic

telecommunications, and new public address/audio visual/fire alarm/security

systems.

IBM - Williston, VT Class 1000 Ballroom, Classified clean suites, Misc.

Utility Upgrades (Chillers, Boilers, Heat exchangers, pumps), Scrubber

replacement, and cooling tower replacement.

Loctite Corporation - Rocky Hill, Connecticut

Upgrade of 5,000 sq. ft. adhesive production facility

(class 10,000 to class 100,000)

Pfizer Pharmaceuticals - Groton, Connecticut

Fluconazol exhaust systems (lethal exhaust system), 2 class

100,00 tray dryer rooms, 2 charge rooms, 2 laboratory relocations

Genetics Institute - Cambridge, Massachusetts

cGMP upgrade of a 15,000 sq. ft. pilot plant. Included

classified clean rooms (class 100, 10,000 and 100,000)

Noramco Inc. - Athens, Georgia

Clean room validation - Writing and executing IQ, OQ and PQ protocols.

Noramco Inc. - Wilmington, Delaware - 12,000 sq. ft. cGMP/FDA upgrade of

existing morphine/codeine

production facility

Osram/Sylvania - Central Falls, Rhode Island New frost line fume exhaust

system installation for HCF used in frosting light bulbs. Included coated

ductwork and exhaust to a primary and backup scrubber system.

Organogenesis - Canton, Massachusetts - 25,000 sq. ft. Cryopreservation

facility addition/renovation.

Project consisted of renovation of existing facilities with addition of a

class 100 room, two class 10,000 cold storage rooms, a new lab &

Cryopreservation room and exhaust systems lab area fume hoods with a

"Phoenix control system".

National Health Laboratories - Dallas, Texas - A two story, 50,000 square

foot laboratory and office expansion added to an existing two story

building.

Christ Hospital Emergency Operating Room Facility - OakLawn, Illinois - A

25,000 square foot facility designed with operating rooms, emergency

operating rooms, a morgue, and laboratory addition, to an existing

hospital.

British Petroleum Plaza - Houston, Texas - A new 25 story office tower with

a 3 story computer facility, designed utilizing Carrier corporations

computer based, Hourly Analysis Program to maximize energy conservation,

through the design of a thermal ice storage system.
