L-3 Communications - Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan

* Conducted Counter Intelligence interviews to provide indications, warnings, and situational awareness for any possible threats or future intelligence sources.

* Implemented Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System (PCASS) interviews on local and third country nationals.

* Checked and graded multiple PCASS tests.

* Experienced in preparing quality assurance (QA) plans and implementing quality control (QC) procedures.

* Provided briefs and presentations to assist the Staff sections with contingency planning and support to counter intelligence.

Human Intelligence Collector – 2011-2013

519th Military Intelligence Battalion - 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade – Fort Bragg, NC

* Performed briefings on HUMINT operations to subordinates and leadership. Thorough briefings were required by higher chain of command to ensure the knowledge and importance of HUMINT operations, including source operations, tactical sight exploitation (TSE), and other multi-function team (MFT) capabilities.

* Trained in multiple MFT functions such as TSE, Field Screening, Tactical Questioning (TQ) and search and capture procedures.

* Helped train and refresher train subordinates and leadership in the functions and uses of the CIDNE reporting site.

* Kept and maintained all personnel files and company and battalion property; Produced and presented the Personnel Status Report (PERSTAT) daily; Helped coordinate and execute company training and daily activities with chain of command.

Human Intelligence Collector – 2011-2011

Korean Provincial Reconstruction Team, Bagram, Afghanistan

* Performed HUMINT source operations in coordination with the Korean Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT), with Third Country Nationals to discover new information on activities in Bagram to be used in interviews for further questioning.

* Produced over one thousand intelligence reports in Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE) and other HUMINT reporting systems in reference to terrorist activities in the Bagram area; presented reports and intelligence information to American and Korean officials

* Received daily Intelligence Reports and applied the relevant information during interviews and Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screenings (PCASS) to determine the integrity of the individuals being used in source operations

* Appointed as Quality Assurance and Quality Control of all reports created for the HUMINT team; Reviewed a minimum of thirty to forty reports per day pertaining to intelligence activities in the Bagram area.

* Utilized HUMINT reporting and communications equipment; Maintained over $300,000 worth of Intelligence equipment and Army equipment with no losses.

* Established and maintained appropriate communication with all Department of Defense (DoD) employees

* Recognized by Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees as a critical asset to the success of the HUMINT operations with the Korean PRT.
