Independently reviews, prepares and negotiates Nondisclosures Agreements,
Teaming Agreements, Contracts/Subcontract Agreements and other types of
contractual agreements. Responsible for proposing, managing and
administering T&M, FFP, FFP/LOE, CPFF, ID/IQ and CPAF contracts. Review
solicitations/contract document consistent with corporate policies,
pertinent regulations and customer requirements. Review

and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or
recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting
subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or
modifications to subcontracts.
Support data calls, DCAA as well as other agency audit requirements on an
ongoing basis.

established practices/file parameters.
Provides oversight and guidance to all levels of personnel to include
executive management to subordinate personnel in a variety of functional
