6/2012-current Medical Director, Union Hospital Work Well/Occupational
Health: Dover, Ohio
. This is a 100% occupational medicine practice. I see
patients 24 hours/week and have 4 hours/week
directorship hours. My role as medical director is to
help facilitate the practice's growth, help develop
policy and procedures and maintain medical excellence
and an overall excellent patient experience. I do
have my MRO license and training and oversee all drug
screens.
6/2010-current Staff Urgent Care Physician, Union Hospital First Care:
Dover, OH
. Work as a staff physician in a lower acuity urgent
care system. Manage a high variety of urgent care
complaints. Occupational health visits are seen in a
separate office.
3/2010-3/2012 Medical Director, Summa Urgent Care/Corporate Health:

. This Urgent Care sees over 1100+ patients a month
(50% occupational medicine). I see patients 25
hrs/week. My role as medical director is to help

. Rural lower acuity emergency room (Bethesda) that saw
mainly orthopedics, maternity, and pediatrics. Gained
valuable emergency room experience.
12/2008-12/2009 Staff Urgent Care Physician, University Hospitals Urgent
Care Systems: Cleveland, Ohio
. Worked as a staff physician in a high acuity urgent
care setting (with direct admission to the hospital
for patient care). Managed a high variety and volume
of patients' complaints including routine office
complaints, orthopedics and minor surgical
procedures. I also saw a high volume of occupational
health injuries and physicals with follow up. I
worked with medical students and taught fellows in
Urgent Care Medicine.
