agreement Sequent assumes a substantial amount of the employment responsibility

such as risk management, human resources management, payroll, and benefit

administration also known as a PEO-Professional Employer Organization. This

gives mid-sized companies access to the capabilities of a fully staffed human

resource department and a comprehensive benefits package. Other services

provided -change management, employee engagement, organizational development and

leadership development.

Vice President of Sales...Sequent

As VP of Sales was responsible for sales P/L and was involved in critical

decisions that impacted future growth. As a Sales Leader at the Executive level

communication and collaboration ability with exceptional relationship building

with all levels of the organization. Lead a team of 5 Business Development

Representatives to increase revenue for the PEO sales by 211%. Prior years had

been single digit growth. This increased revenue was accomplished by creating

accountability, setting activity based goals and by implementing a proven sales

process / strategy for the PEO industry. Closed several of the largest PEO

a leader in the print optimization since 1989 ALT has been able help

clients reduce their expenses and increase productivity. ALT combines the

personal touch of a local business with world class best practices and

Vice President of Sales...ALT

Expanded the customers for ALT that are located in the Central Ohio

Region. This was accomplished by contacting past clients and

developing new relationships and with companies that wanted to benefit

from the cost saving programs ALT provided. Hired and trained new

sales reps to further support the effort to grow the business. In FY

2008 the Columbus office grew the hardware number by 208% over FY 07.

Provides customers office product solutions including office equipment,

(copiers, faxes, and printers), document management software and service

and supplies to support products and services. Largest independently owned

Ricoh Business Products dealer in North America; annual revenues of $110

million with over 500 employees located in 10 offices throughout Ohio, New

York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Administer sales of highly visible accounts including (but not limited

to): American Signature, Inc, LimitedBrands, Tween Inc, Ohio Army National

. Brought in to facilitate transition of purchase of Digital Imaging

Systems Co., previously owned and operated as Panasonic Copier Co of

(recognized with 10-day trip to Italy).

. Closed $850,000 deal comprising large volume order for 140

multifunctional (Copier/Fax/Printer) units with American Signature,

Inc. (Value City Furniture); navigated through several decision-makers

(including change over from CFO to CIO during RFP process) and

presented operational and technical features/benefits effectively

resulting in conversion from Panasonic products to Ricoh products.

. Led successful negotiation selling DISC assets to ComDoc Inc and

increased offer more than $250,000 (via presentation of relevant

financial and market potential reports); negotiating required

Digital Imaging Systems Company ... Dublin, Ohio 1992 to 2006

Provider of facsimiles, copiers, printers, and scanners; formerly Panasonic

Copier Co of Central Ohio & Pro-Copy of Columbus; operations supported by

up to 28 employees.

General Manager / Owner

Orchestrated and oversaw operations planning and execution while

simultaneously carrying out business development directives securing new

accounts and maintaining current accounts; accountable for profit and loss

results in addition to income statement and balance sheet management.

Interviewed, hired and oversaw performance of up to 28 associates.
