Provider of automotive shift levers, key sets, steering wheels, and steering wheel lock assemblies for Toyota, Ford, and Subaru

Operation employed over 800 associates in parts production, assembly, and support activities.

Led a diverse team of Quality Engineers and technicians in all aspects of new program launches for Ford, Toyota, and

Subaru. Work involved all ar eas of PPAP preparation and sub-supplier development. Directly interfaced with customer

customer line complaints and internal nonconformance. Insured the timely response to customer concerns and updates on web

based reporting systems. Supported parts production tool approvals specifically related dimensional analysis and customer

Independent Medical Device Contracting

Provided quality system development services for 2 medical device start-up companies. Specific roles were establishing

quality system documentation processes, and process mapping for developing business activities. Trained incumbent quality

staff on ISO and FDA standards and reporting requirements.

Xoran Technologies, LLC

Designer and manufacturer of 3D scanning imaging systems used in Otolaryngology and

Dental practice. Business included the development of proprietary software enabling

the compiling and generation of 3D images from medical devices.
