WORK EXPERIENCE
CONVERGYSCHARLOTTENC
Customer Service Representative June 2014 - October 2014
• As a caller center agent my job was to answer phone making sure that I did everything that I
could to keep the subscribers happy. I would always handle my calls in a happy tone that way even if
my current caller was having a bad day; my tone could just maybe make them feel better. I went out
of my way making sure that the subscribers were safe in their environment and getting them to their
destination as fast and as safe as possible.

Customer Service Representative June 2013 - January 2014
• As a caller center agent my job was to answer phone making sure that I did everything that I
could to keep the pharmacists and doctors happy. I would always handle my calls in a happy tone
that way even if my current caller was having a bad day; my tone could just maybe make them feel
better. I made sure that the doctors and/or pharmacist were prescribing their clients with the correct
medication by asking detailed questions that would be able to help me in assisting them. I answered
around 250-300 calls a day and it was worth every minute of it. Knowing that I have helped over
4,000 people receive medicine makes a job like this worthwhile.
