Communicating with our design engineers, vendors, general contractors, fabricators, and client
representatives to meet construction deadlines, deliveries, design requirements, and client
expectations while maintaining safe work practices.
Creating and maintaining accurate and up to date essential job documents, including but not limited
to IFC Drawings, Vendor Data/Drawings, RFIs, OEMs, BOMs and time sensitive correspondence using
SharePoint and Live Link.
Assist in planning, organizing, and directing activities concerned with the pre-turnaround and
turnaround construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
Maintaining constant and effective communication with both internal and external team members to
discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, project requirements, complaints, delays, and
construction problems. As well as meeting weekly with contractors and design engineers to discuss
and resolve any construction activity concerns.
C ivil Construction Coordinator August 2013-July 2014

Managing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating the construction activities of assigned contractors
on site. Phase I Project Cost: $300M.
R eviewing and approving design documents, contracts, change orders, purchase orders and

C onducting weekly progress meetings with all involved parties including our Operations
Department.
W orking with CMT to develop recognized risks for the Project’s Risk Matrix
Developing and executing Impala Construction’s Project Execution Plans (Policy & Procedure) for all
future Impala construction projects and expansions.
Executing the Project’s corporate reports to upper management, including but not limited to Weekly
Progress Report, Monthly Progress Reports, Presentations to the Advisory Board, etc.
Executed the Project’s Post-Mortem Analysis by way of CMT interviews, panel meetings, and group
discussions.

Participating in projects from pre-construction to final completion. Reviewing and approving design
