Software aimed at providing a wide range of access to the administrator in managing and monitoring connectivity related

complaints registered by customers against an ISP.

This intranet-based application provides the user a centralized view of entries maintained in the software depending on the

privileges assigned by the administrator. The entire project was developed using distributed client server technology and the

specifications were normalized to 3NF.

Cloud computing (iCloud) Jan 2012 – Mar 2012

Demonstrated the functionalities of iCloud, including setting up an account, photo-sharing, sharing documents, apps, books &

backup, and Storage APIs, through an in-class presentation.
