I held many positions with the company. Last position was training manager for North & South
Carolina. I was agent of the year in 1981 and Sales Manager of the year in 1983. I was instrumental
in creating cold call sales and in increased productivity by 15% over a year. We used a technique
called 3 up and 3 down.
UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS
1987-1989
Trained in all aspects of jungle warfare, severed at Marine Barracks in Guam, M.I., I was unit leader
with many hours of management training. I was trained in physical and weapons tactics. I was
promoted to Corporal and given the responsibility of 24 Marines to supervise and train. Was
discharged with an Honorable Discharge in February of 1989.

I was hired as a Security Manager, my responsibilities included training new security guards, and
roving patrol for the company. I was in charge of checking sites for several companies to ensure they
were secure.

1990-1996
Store Manager with a total of 1 million dollars in inventory. Trained employees in sales, collection
practices, and customer service, also in charge of maintaining store POS, Floor plan-o-gram, and day-
to-day operations. Planned and was held to my budget each month.
INDEPENDENT INSURANCE AGENT
1997-1999
Independent Representative for 20 different Insurance Companies in senior life insurance and
Medicare supplements. Sold to seniors in their home for senior life insurance. Reason for leaving was
owner of the parent company passed away, and there was no leadership in the company.

In charge of sales and service of the store, also helped schedule and hire employees for the store
location. Average employee count was 20. I worked through the company websites and helped
customers purchase larger products. Trained all employees in sales techniques and how to up sale the
customer.

builders, had an average crew of 3 employees. Moved the business to Myrtle Beach in 2004 and
continued to do well until market crash of new construction.

the spring and the summer of 2006. I was in charge of 12 sales reps and trained each. Had total sales
of 1.6 million in 2006.

Trained in handling all IT problems, helped upgrade the server for the company from 2008 R2 to
2012 R2, setup routers and security cameras for company. Trouble shooting problems for customers. I

setup of Network. Removal and installation of Hard Drives in DVR. Installation and Partitioning of
Windows 7 And 8, Partitioning of Hard Drives. Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013 Training. A+
Certification, I have replaced Key Boards in Lap Tops, Memory, Hard Drives, Internal Mother
Boards, and DC Internal Plugs. I replaced in Towers: Hard Drives, Memory, Mother Boards, and
Soldered back broken connections. Configured and Install a cisco 24 Blade Router. Installed
Wireless and Wired Motion Detectors in Security Systems. I am currently monitoring over 100 IP and
Analog cameras, making sure of their connection and availability to our clients, creating backups for
customers on hard drives. Running Cat6, 5e, 5 Cable. Installed security cameras and set customer
access on personal computers and cell phones.
