After the expansion of averda and My success in Managing iI took the opportunity to be

the Commercial Regional Manager of Riyadh Region in KSA. this position is to manage all

the business functions in Riyadh region to include the following: Sales, Operations,

Procurement, HR, and Quality Assurance.

It is a challenging position especially that I started up the Company in RIyadh and I had

to establish all the processes and procedures and business needs with the MD and

successfully we had a great startup and within one year we won several big customers

and we are currenty spread all over Riyadh and supplying our customers with a quality

service and a higher standard than our competitors.

Averda is a waste management company functioning in Recycling, landfilling,

seggregation, cleaning, and waste removal

Along my role I was mainly responsible for the following:

● Pricing products and services and projects according to the expenses and market

need and resources used

● coordinating with supply chain and forecasting the needs and demands of the

business

● leading the sales team to increase sales of averda services and products
