Each civilian is recognized by various identity. One of the main identity is the
birth certificate. It is obtained by getting a birth record from the hospital and then the
corporation or the municipality will notify the birth. These records are usually
maintained manually. In this project, a standalone application is designed that can be
used in VAO office for maintaining the records and thus birth certificate can be
provided.
