I2-FNR retail supply chain management provides the world's effective and

accurate solution for the Supply chain management. The whole FNR process

includes two basic steps i.e. forecasting and replenishment. The process

includes the forecasting of articles based on the logical computation which

includes sales pattern and Demand of the articles at different locations.

The replenishment of the articles depends, article types with there storage

technique, vendors related to the articles, vendors terms and conditions,

nature of site, sales pattern of site, seasonal and non-seasonal articles

etc.

My Role:

I am responsible for assessing and modeling a forecasting process for

RELIANCE RETAIL and implement a forecasting workflow to enable them to

accurately predict and track their forecasts. My job involves, modeling

their product hierarchies and sales organization, analyzing trends in the

sales history, modeling the affect of promotions and integrating i2's

Demand Manager with their operational systems. Developing, maintaining and

unit testing new enhancements. Evaluate, redesign and modify existing

program logic to improve overall system performance.

o Customization of the standard workflows for Generating Forecast on

weekly basis.

o Implementing the i2- DM/DP solution as per business requirement.

o Creating the Measures used in i2 DM/DP.

o Creation of Watch Points, Sessions, Scopes and Attribute Viewers.
