Project manager representing VC&A providing on call construction management services for the Cable
Replacement Project at Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility in El Segundo. The construction project
entailed removal of the existing cables and installation of new cables to restore the functionality of the
secondary power feed system. Construction value $150,000.
Project manager representing VC&A providing on call construction management and inspection services f or
the Foxen Canyon Well f or Golden State Water in Sisquoc. Scope for this project included construction
management of site development, and construction of the new well that involved drilling and equipping the
well site. Construction value $1.2 Million.
Project manager representing VC&A providing on call construction management services for the RO Trains
1 and 2 Replacement Project at Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility in El Segundo. The construction
project entailed removing and replacing both line reactors with new two new 800 HP, 18-Pulse VFDs.
Construction value $450,000.
Project manager representing VC&A managing sub-consultant design preparation of electrical and
mechanical upgrades at the existing Tanglewood Well site located in Santa Maria. The site contained an
existing well, a surge tank, and storage tanks. The mechanical scope consists of the replacement of an
existing oil operated air compressor with an oil -less air compressor and the installation of a float device that
will tie into the SCADA system for automated tank level readings. The electrical scope generally consisted
of providing a new SCADA panel, electrical conduit, connections, and a new air compressor motor.

City Engineer, City of Lawndale, California 2009-2012
Responsible f or planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating, administering and overseeing the functions
of the Engineering division of the Public Works Department, and performing professional engineering work in
the design and construction of street, building, traffic signal, and storm drain capital improvement projects.
Responsible for implementation of a capital improvement project budget for 2009-2012 of $35M.
Responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating the performance of assigned staff and for reportin g
directly to the Director of Public Works.
Responsible for supervising engineering and construction inspection support staff.
Responsible for preparing annual operating budget requests and controlling expenditures.

managerial services of all aspects of private development residential subdivision/commercial projects from

California.
Providing hands-on public works construction inspection and administration services for the City of Moorpark

Primary responsibilities included the following:
Designing municipal storm drain systems within the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. This involved
performing the watershed hydrologic design utilizing the Peak Rate Method per the City of L.A. Storm Drain
Manual; cad drafting all improvements utilizing AutoCAD; performing the hydraulics; calculating the quantity
take offs and grade stake sheets; and formalizing all documentation necessary to deliver projects well within
allotted design time schedules and allocated design budgets.
Leading the drainage complaint investigation squad for the Valley District Office. Entailed personally
responding to area resident's drainage complaints via field investigations, determining solutions, and
ensuring corrective action was taken by appropriate maintenance forces and/or our design office.
Managing the construction of municipal storm drain projects. This involved working as a team with
inspectors from the City's Bureau of Contract Administration throughout all phases of a storm drain project's
construction to ensure a contractor's work met all criteria set forth in the project plans.
Civil Engineering Assistant I – Wastewater Treatment Engineering Division
Primary responsibilities included the following:
Coordinating the construction of municipal sewer plant projects at both the Hyperion Sewer Treatment Plant
in El Segundo, California and the Tillman Water Reclamation Plant in Van Nuys, California.
