CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER/GENERAL PARTNER

Directed all operations of $13 million media manufacturing business. Provided leadership to 70-

person workforce and held full P&L responsibility. Oversaw all finances, business development,

marketing, production, human resources, and administrative duties.

• Started company in 2001 and grew it into 70 employee $13 million business.

• Helped coordinate and execute two acquisitions of competitors in 2002 and 2009. This

required bringing both parties together as well as coordinating bank financing to

complete deals.

• Introduced process improvements that maximized per unit profit margins by decreasing

production costs 24%, slashed required labor and reduced the workforce by 30% while

delivering a 20% increase in production.

• Helped develop and implement a new waste reduction program that reduced waste by

50% and eliminated an additional 5% in production costs.

and completed. Worked closely with over 100 different sub-contractors working on different

projects at one time.

• Drove custom home sales from $8 million in 1994 to $22 million in 1998 by installing new

competitive sub-contractor bidding processes that drove margins up and helped make

homes more competively priced.

• Led start-up of Abingdon Land Development Company in 1994 that by 1996 was

providing 90% of the buildable lots for Tony Eiden Company.

• Developed cost accounting systems to track project costs from start to closing.
