the AD-150, a VTOL Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. Relocated company from NY to
Maryland. Raised capital for development, by utilizing state programs and
partnerships. Increased revenue over 300%. Captured numerous defense
contracts. Created partnership with University of Maryland and Aberdeen
Proving Ground for wind tunnel and flight testing. Speaker at numerous UAV
conferences and the Coast Guard Academy. Lead the management, business
development and communication arms of the company. Inventor of the
aerodynamic missile launcher, US Patent No: 8,302,524.
Senior Manager, Communications, Business Integration and Special Projects,

Managed a world class public affairs group that controlled all aspects of
both internal and external company communications. Worked with Maine
Department of Economic Development to capture $2.5 million to upgrade the
chrome barrel line at our plant in Saco ME. Assisted in classified program
development, traveling to Kuwait, met with engineers coming out of theater.
President, UltraServe 2001-2005
Founded a medical service company, maintaining ultrasound and nuclear
medicine equipment for customers in the United States and Europe.
Developed business model which allowed the company to develop debt free.
Partner, Mid-Atlantic Imaging 1997- 2001
Taught nuclear medicine and radiation safety courses, managed installation
and servicing of gamma cameras throughout the United States. Tracked
revenue and budget issues.
Communications Experience
Strategic Public Affairs Consultant, MPRI, Office Chief of Army Public
Affairs 2003-2005
Working as an action officer, in the Strategic Communication Division,
Pentagon. Creating Public Affairs Guidance and Communication Plans on hot-
button issues concerning the leaders of the Army.
Deputy Public Affairs Planner, 60th Anniversary of D-Day (2004)
Deployed to Europe to enhance the communications planning of a $13 million
event that commemorated the Normandy Landings. Worked with every major
network, White House and several other nations. Deputy of the Joint
Information bureau for the Abu Grahb trial in Mannheim Germany which
serviced 240 media groups from around the world.
Special Projects Officer, Maryland Army National Guard 1991- 2003
Sent to Estonia to teach Ministry of Defense and senior level government
officials in public affairs strategy, crisis communications, and the global
information environment.
Public Affairs Manager, US Army Europe 1995-1997
Called to active duty to USAEUR, worked as the CINC's public affairs
advisor (forward). Assisted in planning public affairs guidance for
Operation Joint Endeavor. Planned and executed the fielding of digital
imaging platforms in Bosnia and Hungry. Producer, director of USAREUR
Today, a 30 min., monthly news magazine show, shown on the Armed Forces
Network & Pentagon Channel.
Public Affairs Officer, Desert Storm, National Guard Bureau 1990-1991
Called to active duty by Chief, Public Affairs, National Guard Bureau to
document National Guard activities and achievements in Saudi Arabia and
Iraq. Traveled extensively throughout the war zone without logistical
support.
Public Affairs Officer, Ct. Army National Guard. 1987-1990
Handled public affairs for a medical company activated for Desert Storm.
Created briefing booklets, set-up interviews, and live shots in a major
media market. Created a media event by taking entire company to a Monday
Nite Football game as the stars of the half time show.
