• Learned how to complete time sensitive projects and meet deadlines and demands for each project.
• Created ceramic proppants to the correct size from multiple machines following standard guidelines.
• Used time management skills to complete the daily task which included making labels, running and testing the
samples f or my shift and doing the preparatory work for the next samples to be run on the following shift.
• Samples were regularly tested and data was interpreted on a Restech Camsizer P4. Completed particle size
a nalysis on samples using the Malvern 3000 Hydro LV. Perform Viscosities (z cup), pH and solution densities on each
solution. Specific gravity and bulk density test are done on all samples.
• Adhered to all safety protocols, best practices and company standards at all times.

• Trained with a Graduate Student in collecting water samples from nearby rivers and streams around the
College Station area. Once samples were collected pH, temperature and conductivity were collected at each
site.
• Proactive in preparing which standard and unknown samples needed to be prepared to be run on the Kiel IV and the
Elemental Analysis.
• Simultaneously trained and supervised multiple new employees on how to prepare samples and the day to day
expectations in the lab.
• Devised independent research projects, prepared and tested samples, analyzed data that was gathered on Excel
s preadsheets and created graphs and tables which were written in a report for academic credit.
• Dealt with incoming and outgoing samples from customers. In charge of organizing maintaining an inventory of
t he m aterials used daily and ordered items when stocks ran low.
• Communicate with other student workers through detail notes that were read during shift switches.

• Planned events for 20 -30 members down to the last detailed with help from three other officers. Brought
a ttendance of meetings from 5 members to more than 20 members by the end of the year by solving
p roblems of lack of contact with members of the organization. Created a new Web Master Officer position .
