I was a production supervisor who managed 11 workers, during the night shift. I inspected production form

10pm-6am.

I was required to maintain the employees to stay productive in order for production to run smoothly.

O nce our shift was nearly over we cleaned and sanitized the machines, floors and work areas for when the

next shift ar rived.

When dealing with production in food, I had to make sure everything was spotless and well sanitized.

I began as a welder’s helper, where I would watch and learn everything they did and helped with what I could. With some practice

I became what I am now, a welder. I can now weld any shape or form of pipe as well as grind to get the product we need.

amounts of metal rods with wire. Then carried and sent them off on an eighteen-wheeler.
