Dear Management:
While searching for a new job in the medical field, I saw your listing for medical office assistant
posted on Indeed.com and I am writing to express my interest in this position. I am excited that
t here may be an opportunity for me to work here as I know that I have the proper skills and
qualifications which you are looking for. I have worked as a teacher's Aide in a classroom; helping
children to develop mentally and physically for head start and kindergarten and I currently work
as a bridal consultant. Even though I have experience working with children I am more
interested in working in a hospital or office setting.
I ’m upbeat, enthusiastic, energetic and more importantly a positive person who goes above and
beyond to complete any task that is handed to me. My previous employers can all say that I’m a
go-getter who isn’t afraid to take on anything. Even if I’m not familiar with something I am quick
to take the time to not only learn how to do something, more so learn how to do i t in the most
efficient and thorough way possible. My goal is to be successful; and in doing so I bring the best
of my abili ties to any situation.
I have worked with people from many different backgrounds and blend in perfectly with any
k ind of work environment. Working in the retail business I have learned the importance of
hospitality and organization. From the smallest details I know the importance of keeping a
s tructured working organization and not only appreciate i t more; I also have taken more interest
i n it. I have taken the opportunity in my jobs to go beyond my work duties and help make my
workplace run more smoothly for daily operations.
I love to be given big task to show what I can do, and the satisfactions that I have when
completing these things are uncanny. I have been responsible for carrying out many
administrative duties which include scheduling appointments, attending phone calls, receiving
and relaying fax messages, greeting and assisting customers, handling various queries, accepting
payments, and making entries into the management software. The skills that I have gained from
my work experiences are amazing; giving me extraordinary expertise with problem solving,
decision making and stress management. I am unrivaled in my ability to multi task and t ime
management, and my effectiveness in communication skills, both verbal and wri t ten speaks
volumes on my character. Lastly I have become computer proficient in an assortment of computer
p rograms and applications.
Paying attention to details, good memory and efficiency are of great importance to me and I
would like the opportuni ty to showcase this to you. I look forward to hearing from you soon as I
am highly in terested in working with this establishment. VERY FAVORABLE LANGUAGE
Yours sincerely,
Michelle Almanzar
