Loblaw is a largest Food retailer in Canada having 1400 Super Market

stores, recently acquired Shopper Drug Mart and added additional 1500

stores under their belt and become one of the largest Food Retail industry

Canada. I joined as a Senior-messaging Administrator supporting Loblaw

messaging infrastructure. I am the single on site Level 3 messaging admin

handled several projects within three years and gained extensive

experience, in messaging in short period of time. Keeping Company in mind,

I always provide very Cost effective solution and suggestions to management

on all projects and supportive to their decisions. Promoted as a Team Lead

and received Employee recognition awards and several other merits.

My key projects Includes, Exchange 2010 Implementations in multiple

Datacenters to support 40,000 users, Setup Hybrid Configuration between on

premises Exchange 2010 and Office 365. Migrated 25,000 users to O365.

As a Sr. Messaging Administrator I have designed and handled companywide

Exchange 2010 implementation and migration from Exchange 2003. We have Nine

2003 Exchange clusters (Two node) and 12 Exchange 2010 servers. I have

handled several messaging related projects and created a new 2010

environment for Business to grow and accommodate Mergers and acquisitions.

New Exchange 2010 implementation in Chicago Data Center:

Setup 3 CAS Array/HUB servers with Citrix NetScaler and two Edge Servers in

Chicago Data Center.

I have setup Five Mailbox servers in DAG with 1 active and two passive

Databases and setup Two EX2010 Public Folder Servers and replicated data

from 2003 PF servers. To protect the exchange environment we have

implemented M/S Forefront security for Exchange 2010 and setup Black Berry

Enterprise Server 5.0.3 with Enforced Password & Encryption policy and

configured all Black Berry devices. Project lead and handled Symantec

Enterprise Vault (9.0.2) upgrade from (8.0.4) and handling day to day Email

archiving and administration.

Exchange 2003 implementation and administration in Toronto Data Center:

Build Exchange 2003 two node cluster to accommodate 1200 North East users

in Toronto Data Center and migrated their mailboxes. Successfully

implemented Microsoft SCOM 2007 R2 in HUB to monitor Exchange Servers and

Domain Controllers. Handled Postini Anti-Spam implementation and Day to day

administration. Team lead in Email Migration for Mergers and acquisitions

in HUB Intl. Handling Four or Five acquisitions in a month range from 10 to

100 Users. Implemented Microsoft Antigen in Exchange Bridge Head servers to

protect from Virus and Spam. Implemented OCS 2007 & performing day to day

converted their emails from Outlook express.

H.Paulin is a leading manufacturer of fasteners, fluid system products

where as a project manager I have converted their WNT4.0 network to windows

2003 Active directory domain for 350 users migrated their Email system from

Domino 6.5 to M/S Exchange 2007. Configured Outlook Web Access (OWA) &

Outlook Anywhere access using trusted SSL certificate for users to access

remotely. Implemented VERITAS Backup Exec 12D solutions for email and data

backup with Dell Autoloader for data recovery. Streamline Active Directory

Structure and Security implementation using Group Policy (GPO). Setup the

Blackberry Enterprise Server for 25 sales users to receive email through

Exchange 2007. Created and deployed desktop images using Symantec Ghost

cast Server. Installed and configured Outlook 2007 and migrated the users'

emails from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2007 using Transcend migrator.

Migrated Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2007 for Brannon Steel email system and

maintaining their system on weekly basis, Setup MacAfee Group shiled 7.0

for Exchange and Symantec SMTP SMS 5.0 to filter emails from Spam. Setup

Quota for incoming and outgoing emails in exchange 2007, backup and

Migrated their Small Business Server 2000 to Windows 2003 Network and Setup

Exchange 2003 server. MX record switchover from ISP to local Exchange 2003

server. Setup CISCO ASA 1800 firewall and configured Site to Site VPN

connection between Canada and USA locations. Maintaining their networks for

the past seven years. Setup VMware ESXi and convert their physical SQL

server in to virtualization for crystal reports.
