Having served fourteen years with the State of Alabama Court System and seven years as Chief of Security for

the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, I am a professional and experienced security administrator with an

understanding of strategy and programs that safeguard a company’s security.

EXPERIENCE

Chief of Security, 2006 – Present

Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts.

Responsibilities include:

• Safeguarding multi-million dollar art collection

• Providing for the safety of the staff, visitors, and the facilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and supervision of 20 full-time security staff

• Development of 24/7 work schedule for the department

• Prepare bi-weekly payroll information

• Conduct employee evaluations

• Created an Operations Manual used by the security staff

• Schedule security training sessions

• Administering disciplinary actions as needed

Achievements include:

• Working closely with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies

• Upgraded electronic security and fire detection systems for the facilities
