Managed 3 simultaneous IBM Technical Solutions (2015 IBM Global Initiative)

projects for IBM Tivoli Lab Services, Budget approx. $2MM, including Smart

Cloud conversion. Project allowed CMC to keep track of all of its assets

and ensured that (e.g.) when critical medical equipment experienced an

outage, technicians were immediately dispatched to repair or replace the

two previous IBM PM's got too bogged down in the detail and were removed
