Project 1

“Line Following Robot”

Title:

Organization: Gurukul Vidyapeeth Group of Institutes

Duration: 180 Days

Description: This simple robot is designed to be able to follow a black line on the ground without getting off the

line too much. The robot has two sensors installed underneath the front part of the body, and two DC motors drive

wheels moving forward. Practical applications of a line follower: Automated cars running on roads with embedded

magnets; guidance system for industrial robots moving on shop floor etc.

Project 2

Title: “Installation, Provisioning and Maintenance of WAN (Wide Area Network) ”

Organization: Videocon

Duration: 180 Days

Description: Organization study to understand the functionality, Importance, Responsibility and Contribution of

different departments in the organization towards the Mission and Vision of the Organization, also to understand the

hierarchy of different department in the organization for college report.

Project 3

“Automatic room light system”

Title:

Organization: CS Technologies, Sector-34 Chandigarh

Duration: 30 Days

Description: The objective of this project is to make a microcontroller based model to count the no. of person

visiting particular room and accordingly light up the room automatically. Here with the help of sensor and counter we

can know preset number of persons.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT

• Participated Group Discussion organized at the Gurukul Vidyapeeth group of institutes “UTKARSH-2014”.

• Runner up in Quiz competition in University level tech fest “CRESCENDO-2012”.

• Member of coordinator Committee during annual inter-collegiate technical fest, held at the Gurukul

Vidyapeeth Group of Institutes.

• Participated in various competitions at school and college level.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

• Took part in rally against “Female Feticide” organized by college for creating awareness in district about falling

sex ratio (14th December 2012).

• Donated blood in blood donation camp on “World Red cross day” organized by college in association with Lion’s

club Chandigarh (8th May 2014).

• Took part in 25th Road Safety Week organized and celebrated by Chandigarh Police theme “Alert today -Alive

tomorrow” (11th to 17th January 2014).
