BioCleaner Inc. is a leader in the manufacturing of industrial wastewater treatment systems. I joined BioCleaner to institute
the warehouse’s first environmental safety program.
• Identify and anticipate safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and occupational
conditions and render opinion on new procedures and recommend preventative programs.
• Develop safety campaigns, safety systems, policies, and procedures, and train management and employees on rules and
regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and investigate violations to ensure safety procedures are being followed and counsel manager
and employees accordingly.
• Maintain worker training schedules and complete all required regulatory documentation.
• Supervise warehouse procedures, and teach 8- and 40-hour OSHA hazardous waste operations and emergency response

Celebrity Cruises is a worldwide luxury cruise provider. Each vessel is staffed with one Safety Officer to maintain their
waste streams, air quality, water quality, and waste drops.
• Managed all environmental safety procedures for the ship.
• initiated the first ship-wide green team program to increase employee participation. I developed training and educational
programs to increase awareness and safety for over 3,000 employees.
• Organized recycling and waste drops based on port abilities.
• Conducted water and chemical tests on a daily basis to ensure all levels were balanced.

improvement across all sectors. ICF reported gross revenue of $949 million in 2013.
• Acted as project coordinator/facilitator for the Energy Efficiency Conservation Strategy program development for the
City of Los Angeles. Facilitated all seven public outreach meetings for the project. Assisted in the development of
sustainability measures and protocols for project specific resources.
• Conducted analysis and assessment of the complex commercial, industrial, and public uses of the Port of Los Angeles as it
related to utility use and energy. Estimated project impacts and created mitigation measures.
• Designed and Implemented a carbon reduction program within the Irvine Office, in tandem with ICF’s Carbon Neutral
policy.
• Took the initiative to become a LEED Associated Professional. Became the first LEED AP in the Irvine Office, and one of
the first in the company’s Southern California offices. Represented the company at United States Green Building Council
and environmental events and seminars, developing strong and profitable client and organizational relationships.
• Developed, Managed, and Spearheaded ICF International’s grassroots Green Team program. Lead a staff of 10-12
