Tube, 10 Foot and Coil Fed) for WIP and FGDS as well as secondary

operations (Shear, Mill, Cut to Length) FGDS via the extensive use of MRP

output.

. Reviewed shipping schedules on a daily basis, prepared line schedules,

assigned machine operators, and thoroughly checked raw materials.

. Updated all primary and secondary operations daily, analyzed future

requirements for trends, and communicated results to upper management.

. Moved paper heavy green screen processes over to spreadsheet format and

reduced physical paper output by 80%.

. Created stocking report and issued weekly to track customer required

inventory that analyzed both actual levels and inventory turns. Resultant
